We visited two separate days and were able to test drive both models of the car we were looking at. We were seated with Ralph quickly on both days we visited, and he never made us feel pressured while looking at the differences between different models of cars! Mindy was very patient and detailed when going through all the paperwork with us, and Ralph also helped us set up our car to the Kia app and went through all the bells and whistles on our car with us before we left.
