Very poor sales associates and general manager will not return calls. We bought a 2020 Ford explorer this past Saturday. Wasn't told of all the issues with the car 2 major safety recalls with this car making it unsafe to drive and a broken driver seat back panel was broken and put back on apparently. 3rd row seat is broken so it won't fold down. Driver window will go down but gets stuck and won't roll up. When I reached out to a senior finance manager named Lawrence he was very ugly and just didnt care. Kept cutting me off told me to bring the car back and get our trades back and they would resend the loan with capital one since it hadn't been funded yet the GM would contact me today he never did I have called the dealership 8xs today with no return call and finally was told he would call back within 10 minutes a hour pasted and called again and he's left for the night. I asked for his bosses info or the dealership owners info and was told they couldn't or wouldn't give me that info they would give my number to the correct people. Just absolutely bad business all around. I will be holding them accountable to the fullest . Mine you our trade in has not been paid off yet with Ford that we have a payment set to draft out in a few days and Lawrence's response to that was they won't pay it till capital one pays them and they have 20 days to complete funding if we decided to keep the car. But yet know one will return my call in order to return the car and get my cars back. Just absolutely ridiculous. I will be in contact with a attorney about options. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE THEY ARE CROOKS.

I brought my truck to the Butler Chevrolet service department for its initial service. I was informed that a diagnosis would take at least two days. I requested a loaner vehicle, but none were available at that time. Reluctantly, I agreed and rented a vehicle to cover the days my one-year-old, still-under-warranty vehicle would be out of commission. The low rating reflects the lack of communication after dropping off my vehicle. I received one call shortly after drop-off regarding my mailing address. Following that, I received no updates and was not informed when additional time was needed. I made several calls while using a rental vehicle.I need to return their vehicle on a specific day, and I requested an extension at the last minute several times. . They appear to have disregarded my request as no changes were made. Even on the day I collected my truck without guving them prior notification, as I was unable to reach anyone by phone that particular day, I received an update on my vehicle once i decided to take my vehicle (a week later). I was informed it requires a back-ordered part, and I was informed they would contact me upon its arrival. Given the lack of communication regarding updates, the failure to notify me of extended service times, and the absence of proactive communication to facilitate alternative rental arrangements, I question the reliability of their commitment to inform me about the part's arrival. I am granting Butler Chevrolet one week to demonstrate a respectful and communicative approach on the part ETA, as their performance to date has been highly unsatisfactory. The attached image displays the times I initiated calls to them, with no corresponding calls received from their end.

(*Mast) Dino at Butler Chevrolet was FANTASTIC to work with! Through the whole couple day processes he was on top of communication, friendly, relatable and happy to answer any questions we had! He made this whole thing feel stress free and easy to handle . Highly recommend just talking to him if you’re even thinking about buying a car. 10/10 customer service, professionalism and just over all a cool human being!

My vehicle was totaled in an accident a few days ago. I was in a time crunch to get into another car. Shawn and the team at Butler Chevy got me in and out within 2 hours in a brand new 2026 vehicle! BEST experience ever! Highly recommend Shawn and the staff here at Butler Chevy!

Everyone was so nice and friendly! Will definitely be recommending this dealership to friends and family! Gerald and Richard were super helpful and patient with me while trying to figure out my other car situation. They helped me on making sure I was getting the right car in my price range and I was still able to walk away with my dream color traverse!
