“Told salesman that I would not make the hour drive for a price that was not worth the hour drive. Salesperson sent the price. I asked multiple times if this was the "out the door" price and if there were any other fees. I was assure that this was the price I would pay. Drove an hour to the dealership and was presented a cost/price the was thousands more. Don't waste your time, they haven't been honest with me, I doubt they will with you.”

“Understanding these guys have seen an ownership change, it hasn't changed the fact that they've always taken terrific care of me and my 2009 Mazdarati! If anything, it appears that there have been even more changes to the better. The service department is run by folks that really care, for both the vehicles brought to them and those vehicles' owners, and their employees! My most recent experience proved that beyond doubt. Sadly, due to parting ways with my vehicle (with 275,000 miles, btw...) and my military affiliation causing me to relocate, I won't get to business here anymore. But I can easily give these folks a huge recommendation, and although I didn't interact with their sales team, I suspect that their level of customer service achieves the same high bar as the service department. Many kudos to this team, and best of business luck in the future!”

“I had an excellent experience at Five Star Mazda! From start to finish, the service team was professional, efficient, and welcoming. A special thank you to Kaylyn Hardin, my service advisor, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. She explained the details clearly, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure my car was taken care of quickly. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable and genuinely caring about the customer experience. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend asking for Kaylyn if you want top-notch service!”

“5 stars is literally not enough for the outstanding customer service I recently received at Five Star Mazda. My salesperson was absolutely amazing. She was very helpful and very patient with me, throughout the process. Additionally, the manager delivered great communication with me and he reassured me that I was in great hands. Including the finance manager, he was very thorough and he answered all my questions and made sure I understood each line on my financial contract. All in all, I highly recommend Five Star Mazda! You will be super pleased with the customer service and your purchase! Thank you Hailey, William, and Armando!”

“What could I give this great group of folks but five stars! I was looking for a new Mazda MX-5 Miata GT RF in red with a black interior, and this was going to be my first Miata since I owned an NB in 1999! I have a Mazda 3 GT hatchback that is ten years old with 243,000 miles on her, in basically the same trim, and I have loved that car, so I was very much looking forward to the new Miata. From the very beginning, Tripp Johnson and his team members reached out to me, established what I wanted, found it, and finally got it to their dealership after a modest (but hard!) wait. They texted and emailed and kept me informed every step of the way. On the day of the delivery, the process was smooth, painless and easy. Everyone in the dealership front office and finance was nice, engaging and treated us well. There were no snags in the purchase (except for a few tech gremlins that day that were no one's fault) and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Tripp even realized as we were completing the process that I qualified for a loyalty rebate aamd made sure we got that. I would recommend this dealership and this group of folks to anyone looking for a new Mazda. Best of all, I love this car and look forward to driving it for many years to come.”
