“I regret having bought a new 2018 Silverado from Teague Chevrolet. Just a short time after the purchase, I could smell something burning like heavy grease towards the rear end of the truck. Their tech looked at it and they could not find anything. The truck was under warranty. I really didn’t think much about it at that time. The rear end started making a low howling noise just about the time the warranty was about to go out. I was personally not driving the truck for a good while because of health issues. My wife drove Truck daily just back-and-forth to Walmart and other business places and Gun Barrel City Texas. One day if she came home and said the truck was making an awful noise. I drove the truck and she was right it was making a god-awful noise. Unfortunately, at this time the warranty had run out. I may contact with Teague and they pretty much told me to go fly kite. They even had the nerve to tell me that I had never brought it in for the noise and burning smell. Bottom line I personally fixed it and found a bad rear axle bearing and seal.”

“Trash. Got a new AT4 looked at and wanted an oil change. Instead I got my motor filled with the wrong oil, and charged twice for it. Go to Athens or Kaufman. Mabank is a joke!”

“Let's just be honest....we are all leery of car salesmen, worried about getting a good deal and a reliable car, and being pushed/influenced to purchase add-ons and things 'we need' but in actuality we really don't. This was NOT my experience!!! My daughter is buying her first car and this is an exciting yet scary first step...not knowing what's best and if we're getting a good deal. Vann Vanderburg is THE BEST!!!! He explained everything wonderfully, was very easy to work with, and doesn't have that undesirable salesman aura around him!! He interacted with us as if we were family; explained to my daughter what she was signing and reminded her "always know what you are signing before you sign." It truly felt as though he was watching out for us throughout this purchase. Recommend 10 out of 10. Go see Vann and tell him Kiana sent you;) And as for the car; 2025 Chevy Trax.... she LOVES it....very fitting for the college student that drives back and forth daily, not too big nor too small--very 'safe' feeling, has great backseat leg room and nice cargo space.”
