“I absolutely had the best service buying from Sparks Toyota with the purchase of my 2026, 1794 Sequoia ! My salesman Chris Nadzio had the best patience and understanding with me ! The service that he gave was fantastic , I don’t think I could’ve asked for anything to go any smoother! He even Called after I left with my vehicle to check on me several times. His manager, Dave also was very understanding and considerate in finalizing my purchase! Chris was completely thorough on explaining everything and every button on this vehicle ! If you need a Toyota, Sparks is the place to buy it !”

“Selena was honestly the best to work with. We first went and looked at Sequoias almost a year ago and told her we were waiting for the Wave Maker blue model and that we were in the middle of closing on our house, so we couldn’t buy anything yet.
She was so chill and never pushy at all. She gave us our space but would still check in every now and then and keep us updated, which I really appreciated. When the time finally came to buy this week, we were so glad we got to work with her. She made the whole process easy and stress free. Mo was also great! I am SO excited for my new car. Thank you guys!!”

“After purchasing four vehicles from Sparks Toyota since the early 2000's, we will never purchase nor do any kind of business with them again. Came in for my last complimentary oil change on my 2018 RAV4 on 12/2/2025 along with an alignment (in which the machine was not working, so who knows if an alignment was even needed and they made no effort to check it on another bay), tire rotation, and battery mount recall. After waiting hours the advisor came back saying we needed a water pump, engine coolant replacement along with a belt which also included other unnecessary maintenance work (as shown in the pictures) for over $2000 dollars. My local mechanic would charge at least half of that. The car only has 38,000 miles so I was very skeptical and felt very deceived by these recommendations since these usually aren't done until near around 100,000 miles. Also, the battery recall mount replacement was a total disaster which caused my perfectly fine battery to be ruined. Never had an issue with it before they replaced the recall part. Even if the battery was on it's way out you'd think they would check it. Went to my local mechanic who has an impeccable reputation and said all the recommended maintenance was an absolutely money grab and everything looked to be in top condition. As well as other mechanics at the shop saying stay away from Sparks. Also, he found parts laying under the hood where battery mount was replaced along with a seven inch piece of metal which could have gotten lodged in the belt or engine area. Luckily he reached down under the hood and found that. Not to mention, all my safety features are malfunctioning after the recall work and even traction on my car. My mechanic was perplexed and had to pay $300 for a diagnostic test and new battery due to Sparks negligence. Unfortunately, my local mechanic has never seen those safety malfunctions that weren't able to be fixed with his diagnostic tool and definitely thought the dealer messed something up. I called Sparks to see if they would fix the issues for free and did not receive a clear answer. I recommend you stay far away from Sparks and deal with more reputable Toyota dealers such as Fred Anderson Toyota or Hendrick Toyota in the Charleston area if you absolutely need a dealer to repair anything or purchase a vehicle. Use a reputable local mechanic if possible. Even my local mechanic will not purchase parts through Sparks and only deals with Hendrick and Fred Anderson when he needs genuine Toyota parts (that really tells you something). Also, had to laugh as a few other customers said they would never use Sparks for any maintenance other than their free oil changes. This used to be a really good dealership but has gone down hill. Not to mention they low-ball you on trade ins. Make the drive down to Charleston if you want to deal with better Toyota dealerships. This place will treat you like you're a fool and has very questionable business practices. "You'll always get more at Sparks Toyota, where the dealer is always in". What a comical statement. Rick and Patrick, get your act together up there and don't ruin Toyotas reputation.
Update: Took my vehicle down to Fred Anderson Toyota in Charleston and what a night and day difference compared to Sparks Toyota. I could not believe how busy they were and how friendly/helpful the staff was. They fixed Sparks Toyota mistakes and the service advisor told me the $2000 plus maintenance Sparks wanted to do was completely uncessary. Very honest and helpful staff down at Fred Anderson Toyota. I highly recommend the drive down there for your vehicle purchasing and repair. Also, their inventory moves fast and the service department was very busy, but quick and efficient. That really tells you something. Cost me $1400 plus to fix Sparks mistakes and $200 plus for a new battery at my local mechanic (Carlos Complete Car Care Center) who is fantastic by the way. Also, recommend Lex Tech (Toyota/Lexus only mechanic in the West Ashley area of Charleston too). They're fantastic as well as I've dealt with them in the past.”

“Great service experience at Sparks Toyota. My service advisor, Jon went above and beyond to assist me with my vehicle as I was traveling and encountered a flat tire. He promptly ordered me new tires and had them in same day, and he kept me updated throughout the process. The entire staff that I came in contact with were friendly and professional. Highly recommend Sparks for their exceptional customer service. Thanks again!”

“Me and my husband had an incredible car buying experience at Sparks Toyota in Myrtle Beach, SC...it was truly exceptional! We purchased a brand new stunning Highlander XLE 2025 in white!... Thanks to the outstanding leadership of Sales Manager Mo Salah and his team, Erik (finance) and of course Selena was very helpful.
Mo was by far the best sales manager we dealt with, we really appreciate his dedication to finding exactly what we wanted and he made it super easy for us.
Mo has a high caliber of professionalism, incredibly attentive to our needs, answered all our questions thoroughly, not to mention all the discounts offered😊...even after the whole buying process was inplace Mo never hesitated to deal and address our concerns. He went above and beyond, genuinely cared about our needs and satisfaction.
This commitment to customer satisfaction is what makes Mr. Mo Salah stand out.”
