“I can’t emphasize enough how important it is to find an honest dealership you can trust. Chris Ayers has been my go-to Toyota service advisor since 2012, back when he was working in Columbia. Over the years, he has consistently earned my trust through his honesty. When he left the Columbia dealership, it immediately declined. Recently, I drove nearly three hours from Columbia to Myrtle Beach just to have a valve job performed because I didn’t trust the diagnosis I received from the Toyota dealership in Columbia. Something about their explanation simply didn’t seem right. Thank goodness I made the trip. Chris took the time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle and discovered that the Columbia dealership had misdiagnosed the problem. Had I gone with their recommendation, I am positive I would likely have paid nearly twice as much for repairs I didn’t actually need. This experience confirmed exactly why I continue to trust Chris after all these years. Honest dealerships are so hard to find, and any one Chris works at is going to be the best in the business. Any service department he manages is one I would highly recommend. From now on, I’ll make the nearly 3 hour drive to have my cars maintenance and repaired.”
