“Buying a car, any car is nerve wracking, do you trust the dealer, what if you are kinda new to the state or area? With today’s tech some sellers twist the rules and some outright lie to your face- we all know scams, right? Then, the guys in the cage at some places will shotgun your credit and ruin your rating score for months almost forcing you to buy from them- it can really be a mess. I didn’t have to deal with all of that at Temecula Nissan and I am so grateful. I also purchased a great Nissan CPO! So blessed! 😇 My journey started with seeing a last year model, brand new but a little less feature wise than what I really wanted. I didn’t want to overbuy because I got plans, so I was very budget conscious. I called and spoke to LisaMarie and she went out of her way to get the car I wanted to check out ready. I decided to show up early and take a look around. I found a car that had been purchased there originally, had ultra LOW miles, one owner, was serviced there, garage kept, paid off and then returned when the owner wanted a new ride. That told me this responsible, probably local, owner trusted this place from purchase to service to repurchase. That made impact. It was more car than the brand new one I went to see originally, fully loaded and clean. The CarFax, provided by the dealer, checked out all of the above! It had been on the lot for 4 days only. Not a previous rental, not an auction car, not a mystery buy and it was Nissan Certified Pre Owned which meant there was a warranty that came with it too. I had come in with pre-approval from a large lender (and I was dismayed at how the lender didn’t disclose the details); But, Nissan Temecula sat down and spoke to me about options. Things where I thought - they want to shotgun my credit. I was wrong, they know their market and narrowed it down to two lenders that could beat my pre approved deal. Beat it they did- thanks.”
