“We started with our salesman Brad. He asked us how we were planning to pay. We told him cash. He lectured us on how we needed to take out a loan through them. This did not go over well. 1 Star. Our next salesman, Weston, was excellent, helpful, low pressure, honest, 5 stars. Thank you Weston. Our finance guy explained that since we were buying a luxury car for the first time, we needed to be told that we needed to pony up for all the add ons: tire and windshield insurance, up front maintenance. Lots of sales pressure on an add-on called PladTech, which, as nearly as I can figure out, is a $500 fee for allowing them to monitor your car's location. Not sure of his name. 1 star. Love our Lexus though, and it had a pretty red bow when it was delivered all shiny and new!”

“You know how these dealer visits can go when buying a car, plan on being there anywhere from 30 mins to 4 hours! We were pleasantly surprised.
