“We were looking to purchase a truck for our business. I found one at Chevrolet Buick GMC of Murfreesboro and inquired online on Sunday. Monday morning, I received a call from John Painter. John and I discussed terms. John called back in a short time, and everything was ready. We drove up, and John was great, making the entire process enjoyable.
Then we were introduced to Mr. Denarius Toliver. Denarius made the paperwork process simple. Denarius showed and explained all of the options available, so we were able to get the coverage that worked best for us.
We are thankful these two gentlemen were able to take care of us with a stress-free process.
We give the entire experience Five Stars. We will definitely be back in the future!”

“Mr. Spradlin,
I am writing to formally request your immediate assistance regarding the registration and tag for the 2020 Lexus GX we purchased from your dealership on December 24, 2025.
Our temporary tag expired on the 22nd of this month. We have now been driving on an expired tag due to your dealership’s failure to provide the permanent registration in a timely manner. This places us at unnecessary financial and legal risk.
Over the past several weeks, we have:
Been told the tag was mailed and should arrive by a specific date — it did not.
Been promised follow-up calls from multiple individuals — none occurred.
Been informed there was an issue with the prior owners trade-in that was allegedly causing the delay.
Been told the tag was “overnighted” and provided with a handwritten tracking number that does not work.
Requested confirmation or a screenshot of the valid tracking number — which has been refused.
Each time we have called, we have received a different explanation, and no one has followed through. We have been patient and understanding, but the pattern of misinformation and lack of accountability is unacceptable.
While we were told the dealership would “cover any tickets” incurred while driving with an expired tag, that does not address the inconvenience, stress, or potential liability we are being forced to assume.
At this point, we are requesting:
Immediate confirmation of the actual status of our registration.
A valid, verifiable tracking number (in writing).
A clear explanation for the delay.
Assurance this matter will be resolved without further runaround.
We chose your dealership in good faith and expect a higher level of professionalism and follow-through.
I would appreciate your direct involvement to bring this matter to resolution immediately.

“I worked with salesman, Stuart Ogg, and the whole process was phenomenal! We worked for a few days since I live a ways away and was able to get everything squared away before I even went up there on a Saturday. He kept me updated on what was happening and what needed to happen! The finance manager, Mr. Butch, was very respectful and explained everything thoroughly while signing papers! Highly recommend!!”
