“This is a shout out to Michelle at Lynch Ford in Mukwonago. I called to schedule an appointment to get my truck in for a software update. I had stopped at another dealer they told me they would need my truck for a full day and the cost would start at $175.00. When I called Michelle she listened to my software issues with my F150 vs an IPhone 16. She explained this was a known issue to Ford and currently there was no fix. The issue had to do with imaps disconnecting my Apple car play. She said that they had some success with using the Waze app on the Fords. I have tried it and it has worked consistently. I came in today for an oil change and stopped to thank her in person. My issue is resolved and no payment necessary. Lynch has my business.”
