“We purchased a used car from the Kenosha Chevy store in September 2025. It came with a 90 warranty. Within a week the check engine light was on. It was recommended to get the warranty work done through Lynch Mukwonago as it’s a ford dealer. Service was not helpful at all. Very rude actually. The bald guy was the worse! They said we had to take it there with the light on. Hard to do when the light turns off when the car turns off. We had it back at least 6 times and they were unable to determine the issue. Lynch Kenosha refused to take the vehicle back. Service manager was unhelpful. Warranty has since expired and we took it to an unaffiliated Ford dealer. Apparently, there was a recall on the engine in 2024…they sold it with an open engine recall! It was there several times and they did not figure this out. The engine is covered through Ford with no help of this dealership. Very disappointed and would not recommend!”
