“I purchased a 2017 Volkswagen Jetta from ultimate auto sales, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. I found my car on car guru, and the price I saw was the price I paid, (I did negotiate a little bit) BUT THERE ARE NO DEALER OR HIDDEN FEES!!!! I went to seven other dealerships before ultimate auto sales and all of them had some sort of hidden fee ranging between $400 & $4,000! The customer service here is amazing as well. My salesmen Jonathan made everything goes smoothly and hassle free I couldn't ask for a better experience. The car I looked at had a couple of cosmetic issues that I found during the test drive, after I told them I was interested in the car and left a down payment they immediately addressed my concerns and fixed it within 2 days. During the inspection they found the tires needed replacing soon, without hesitation they changed the tires and they did not charge me a dime extra! They could've sold me the car as is and I just had to change the tires in a couple of months, but nope! Ultimate Auto Sales literally went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience and bought a good quality car! I highly recommend visiting the dealership when purchasing a used vehicle.
