“Always friendly service. And usually quick. However every time I come in I get told something is leaking. Oil pan one time shocks one time, and this time power steering. None of them are or were leaking. I understand what the are trying to do, but I’ve spent my entire adult life working in the automotive field. This is dishonest and disappointing. Also this time when finished my steering wheel was all greasy. It might be time to switch to Kenosha Toyota. I tried buying a vehicle there also and they tack on all sorts of BS unnecessary fees and etc. I went to Kenosha Toyota and got the exact same trim, color etc for a couple thousand less with a LOT less hassle. Now I know some of the employees there as former co-workers and wish them the best. Just time to find a better experience.”
