“I would like to give a well deserved shout out to Brooke Lewis, Ricky E and Nick Imhof. I am 58 years-old so I have been driving and buying cars for 42 years. The reason for my visit was to help out my cousin with the car buying process which is seldom a pleasant experience. I had a bad experience at your Nissan dealership several years ago while shopping for a safe, used, reliable car for my kid.
The car we wanted was a great fit but we were shocked to find out that all used cars have several thousand dollars worth of non-negotiable dealer add on’s including some sort of rust protection. Turns out the car we were intending to buy actually had some rust near the trunk lid.
Needless to say we did not buy that car.
Based on that experience, I told my cousin Not to buy a car at any Zeigler dealership.
The one he ended up buying was exactly what he wanted but was disappointed when I told him about the add on’s.
Turns out these are now optional and long story short, we had a great experience in general.
Nick actually sold me on a protection option regarding wiring harnesses for all of the electronic gadgets. He did a great job of explaining everything. He did not try to sell us any rust protection.
Ricky E and Brooke were awesome all the way around!
I have a few suggestions for Mr. / Ms. Zeigler.
1. Disclose the specific add on’s before they become an unpleasant surprise at time of test drive and do not “hard sell” or force them on a customer.
2. Inform the internet customers that the person they are working with is not the same person you will be working with when you visit the dealership in person.
3. Recognize and provide merit increases for Brooke, Ricky E and Nick Imhof.”

“Zeigler Honda in Racine has always taken great care of me, which is why I always return when my leases are nearing their end. Matt the GM is exceptional! Also James in sales is excellent! The only issue was taking delivery. Upon inspection there were buffer marks from a rotary polisher in the paint. This can only be removed via machine polishing etc. There were also scuffs on the front fender that would need to be compounded/polished out only after the vehicle is cleaned and decontaminated first.”

“Friendly staff, sales team is attentive but not overly aggressive. If you're looking for a salesman who is going to listen to your needs and preferences before making recommendations, I highly recommend Chris E. After explaining how I wanted to use my vehicle, he was able to make a recommendation that really suited my needs, that I wouldn't have otherwise even considered before our convo... That's a first for me!
Also, the service waiting area is super nice here.”

“Had a great experience buying my new vehicle. Fair pricing and friendly experience all around. There was a slight delay during the paperwork process due to a software error they had no control over and they were kind enough to extend the zShield protection policy by a bit since we were patient/understanding. Frank did an amazing job making sure we were totally satisfied and also helped us go through the packages/customizations so we were fully aware of what we were getting. I have had negative experiences in the past with different dealerships, but I can confidently say this was our best car buying experience yet. Will definitely return next time I need a new vehicle!”

“Very smooth process. Handled most of it via text/emails, closing was smooth and fast. Zach M was super easy to work with. Was skeptical, as buying a car can be such a stressful, high pressure experience. This wasn't like that. I'm super loyal to Honda and would recommend the dealership. Wasn't a high pressure sales pitch, just worked with me to get the deal done, which was very fair. Absolutely love my new Ridgeline. Been waiting a long time to own one.”
