⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Ethan when purchasing my car. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure I got exactly what I wanted. He was transparent throughout the entire process, answered every question thoroughly, and never made me feel pressured at any point. What really stood out was how smooth and stress-free he made everything. He communicated clearly, stayed on top of the details, and went above and beyond to make sure the deal worked for me. Purchased my 2022 Ford F-150 Lariat Truck at Mt Juliet CDJ. It was my first time buying a vehicle having never test drove or seen it in person with my own eyes, Due to me living in Louisiana not Tennessee. I was more than a little nervous about it. I had a few hiccups. But from the beginning my Sales Rep Rachel Roundy was incredible she sent detailed personal videos of every inch of the truck. She communicated constantly and answered or returned every phone call. responded to every text to both Me and my Wife. And being over 500 miles between us there was many many calls and text so that was top notch customer service. The couple of minor issues I had 1 with a delivery delay from transport company (Not @ All the Dealerships Fault) was handled by the Sales Manager Scott Rose. He took ownership of it completely and personally until it was resolved. The level of empathy he gave was incredible, and much appreciated. The other minor issue we had was with a registration delay. (Again not Dealerships fault @ all it was Louisiana DMV. Crystal Nelson communicated and stayed on top of it until it was resolved. I would highly recommend doing business with Mt Juliet CDJ. If someone over 500 miles away never seeing or speaking face to face with these employees can receive this level of personal service says allot about how much they care about you, not just a sale. And I can't even say that about my local Dealership. I love my truck it was exactly as listed with no issues. Thank you Mt Juliet CDJ and a special thank you to Rachel, Scott,& Crystal. I had a great experience from start to finish. I'm very thorough when it comes to vehicles and big purchases, and Danny was outstanding throughout the entire process. He pointed out some key topics for me to consider and took the time to walk me through everything that I brought up. On the financing side, Kathy was just as great. She patiently made the process smooth, straightforward, and easy to understand. I've already recommended Mt. Juliet CDJR to a couple friends that will be shopping soon.

I have been coming to the service department here for maintenance for 11 years now and they are the only service team that has serviced both our vehicles. I’ve always been serviced well and the service desk employees are always great and go above and beyond. I never had issues until the last couple of years. The maintenance team that has worked on our vehicles are completely rude and act superior. I have been talked down to by a mechanic, in person, like I don’t have any clue about my vehicle that I custom ordered myself, and the problem with my AWD being on the entire time was not a problem as it should be on all time. However, my car has AWD as a safety feature and is RWD until it rains, so he was proved wrong in the end when they found an issue. We recently were told about an issue with our car, we got the estimate, and since it was a large estimate we had a lot of questions before we agreed to move forward. We were told exactly what the mechanic said and his answers were rude and condescending. It made us really think if we wanted to continue business here. We never got a call back on our back ordered part, which can be seen on Mopar’s site. However, we ended up looking at the part on the car that needed to be replaced per the mechanic and it was fine, but we needed to fix something else that we were able to do at home. While making that fix, we did find that the service department crushed my pinch weld jack points, and they are the only service team that has touched my car. I am usually a very loyal customer when treated well, but we will most likely be looking into working with another mechanic.

I had a wonderful experience buying a car here with sales person Rachel! I was looking at a few dealerships in my area as I knew exactly what used model I wanted and my budget, but was looking for the best deal/low mileage. I had a few horrible experiences at other dealerships (very aggressive sales people, unclear added fees, pushing to buy new/outside my budget, higher price points than Kelley Blue Book without explanation, ect.). This dealership was further away, but I found the model I was looking for with low mileage on their website while I was out of town. I was about to close a sale with another dealership, but reached out to this one on whim to see if they could beat the price. Rachel was so communicative, and even though we were not in-person she sent me multiple videos of the car, spoke with me over the phone, matched the price I was hoping for immediately, and even held the car for a couple days until I could get back and see it in person. Once there, she gave me great advice about refinancing my loan which saved me even more money. We completed the sale, and she even made sure I was able to come back to get the car detailed properly. When I called with a payment question a few weeks later, she was still so helpful even though the sale was completed. Rachel made this whole process so painless, clarified all my financing questions, and made me feel completely comfortable with my purchase. I'm SO glad we went with this dealership and Rachel, and I couldn't recommend them enough!
