I brought my 2021 Silverado in for a transmission diagnostic because it had been slipping, shifting hard, and the tachometer was bouncing by 100-200 RPMs while cruising. I originally bought the truck Certified Pre-Owned from a completely different dealership, and because it had been slowly slipping more and more over time, I honestly didn't realize just how bad it had gotten or how good the truck could actually be. The hospitality from the entire staff was top-notch right from the start. When I first walked into the north entrance, a wonderful lady sitting by the window greeted me. She was incredibly helpful, pointing this first-time customer exactly where to go for the service area, and she even offered to dispose of the trash from my breakfast on the road. The communication throughout the process was just as great. I spoke with Ty on the phone during scheduling, and he was incredibly pleasant, welcoming, and helpful in getting my diagnostic set up and making sure a courtesy loaner vehicle was secured for me right away. While my truck was at the shop, Emily was my main point of contact. She was fantastic to work with, highly communicative, and made sure all my needs were met. They performed a comprehensive transmission fluid exchange with the updated GM synthetic fluid, and the results completely exceeded my expectations. The drive home was incredibly smooth. I didn't realize how much the transmission was misbehaving with transitions out of brief stops, slowdowns at roundabouts, and downshifts until I felt it running properly. The tachometer is completely stable now and it drives like a brand-new truck.
