“I had an excellent experience working with Deep Singh. From the beginning, he was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured during the process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right vehicle for my needs and budget.
What stood out the most was how honest and supportive he was throughout the entire experience. Buying a car can be stressful, but he made it smooth, comfortable, and actually enjoyable. Even after the sale, he continued to check in and make sure everything was going well, which says a lot about his character and customer service.

“Want a Toyota? Don't bother shopping around. Just go straight to Holman. Ask for John Guarente. He's low key, knows his business, and thoroughly answered ALL of my questions. And I had many. John really reminds me of myself and how I interact with my own clients. I clicked with him immediately. Overall, my treatment at Holman was very fair and respectful.
Look! I absolutely hate car shopping, for reasons you can imagine. I'd been clenched up all day for what was about to happen. Holman was my third stop. And one more stop was planned after that. But.....after the test drive and just taking the entirety of their business: I nixed my last stop and did the deal.
Bought myself a low mile, later model, used Toyota. It has a super clean CarFax and had been serviced by Holman from the start. The price was fair and spot on for what it is. More importantly, the price for the Toyota extended warranty was also fair. I prefer the added protection: it lets me be worry free.”

“This review is more of Toyota (manufacturing and customer service) as a whole than for this specific location. I drove away with a brand new 2025 Tacoma right off the lot on October 13. On the way to work the morning of October 24, my rear window on the driver's side exploded behind me as I was doing about 65 on I-95.
After speaking to Joseph Falotico, I was able to drop it off that morning. After having it looked at, they told me Toyota would fix it. As they should. I was able to pick it up the next week. They replaced the back window and detailed the back. Before driving it away from the dealership, I did a walkaround and full inspection of my own. The door interior was scuffed in places, which I took as it is what it is with that. But from the door that the glass exploded on, all the way down to the end of the truck bed on that side, the paint was chipped. Not one spot. All down the side. Something I hadn't noticed the morning of, as I was worried about rushing to work. I reached back out to Joseph, who informed me that I had to bring it back to get inspected again. I brought it back the next day and later received a text that Toyota would not be covering the chips.
I reached out to multiple people up the chain, even outside of this dealership, all of which were completely useless and unhelpful. At one point, I got a response saying that "I couldn't prove that nobody threw anything at my window."
I am beyond disappointed and irritated with Toyota in every way, and I can guarantee I won't be purchasing another vehicle from them again in the future. If I could return the damn thing like a pair of shoes, I would. This was a mishap on a BRAND NEW vehicle on Toyota's part and it says a lot that they won't make it right.
