“I’m editing to add more of my experiences at Cannon Nissan!! Nearly 3 weeks after purchasing the car I first made this review about the Jeep Wagoneer, I was struck by lightning on the way home from work. Car dead, no saving it!! They made sure I wasn’t carless. They handled my insurance company (Kevin in service is an angel for dealing with me and my insurance) and making sure everything was the way it should be. And when I finally got the total loss on the Wagoneer, they got me in a 2025 Armada (that I’m absolutely in love with) Josh, Caitlyn, and Trey made sure this was completely seamless despite my being difficult in the beginning! They were straight forward, they answered all questions, offered all the things to make my experience better. I will NEVER use anyone else to buy a car! It was a truly amazing experience!! Was very informative very helpful was not pushy about making a sale answered all of our questions and gave us the information without the push of sale sale sale we knew what we wanted and he was willing to help us find what we wanted. So we was proud to make a purchase through him. We left him w our information and told him to just let us know what we could work out he called us 30 mins after we went home and told us a deal that we was ok with that we went back that same evening and made the purchase. He stayed after closing time to make sure we was set and even called us the next day just to make sure we was pleased and we was.
