I have to say the Sales Department was great to work with when purchasing my 2019 F-150. The experience on that side was very positive. However, my experience with the Service Department has been disappointing. Have had the truck for over a month dealing with service issues, and communication has been lacking. I’ve had to do a bit of back-and-forth just to get updates or movement on parts and the repairs. I understand that delays and problems can happen, but the bigger concern has been the ongoing communication and follow-through. It sometimes feels a bit nonchalant, which is frustrating when you’re relying on your vehicle. Promises and friendly smiles are appreciated, but clear communication and doing what you say will be done would make the experience much better.

This review is for Service Dept! Mom took her bronco in for Recall(s). It had a check engine light immediately after for something with cylinder deactivation. Hey things happen and can be coincidence. When she took it in to get it checked out, they waited till the end of the day to let her know, the. Left. This mad it extremely difficult to get her vehicle back as she needed it to get to work the next day. Then it took over a month to get the part in, when it arrived she scheduled an appointment to get it in. They picked it up from her home in the early am on her scheduled day finally at the end of the day she was notified that they screwed up and didn't do anything at all. And again they are leaving for the day, so it's a rush and pain to get it back again. The. She gets there and of course there is no one available to help when she finds that all 4 tires are down to around 20psi. They assure her they can get it done a week later. So they wasted her time and gas twice! And left it with low tires! Well a week later they do get it done and then she noticed after she left that they noted coolant leak and coolant reservoir was empty! So if she had not noticed and ran it out of coolant then they get to replace the engine when it overheates, shady shady shady. And not once did they ever offer anything to make up for when they screwed up and caused her to waste an entire day for her car to sit while they did nothing to it, not even simply adjusting tire pressures! From now on the only service they will get is what's required for her warranty. Anything else will be done by another shop! There is no customer service here! And they will leave your mom/grandma in tough situations

Lots of dealerships can be impossible to work with, but this one seems different. Replaced a transmission free of charge on a vehicle purchased used with essentially no warranty. The transmission went out in the car on the way home from the dealership, and they were honest and fixed everything. Also, the sales process was super simple and quick, and the salesmen were all very kind.

Started with Ford recall. Guy at service desk said no there wasn't, proceeded to argue with him then got my recall letter and showed him. I have extended warranty they said they would have to diagnose. (Thursday Nov. 13th) That night had a phone call from Ken @ 3:43 P.M. saying the diagnostics were done. Saturday Nov. 15th talked to Jim because Ken was off @ 8: 00 A.M. he said parts were there and warranty approved it. Monday Nov.17th @ 1:41 P.M. talked to receptionist ( Ken was off) was told car was being worked on. Tuesday called and talked to Ken. He said it would be fixed either today or tomorrow (Wednesday). Wednesday @ 10:58 Nancy called and they said it was being worked on. Thursday Nancy called at 10:40 A.M. and was told again it was being worked on. Kurt got on the phone and demanded to talk to the service manager!! He was told that he would get back to him. That did not happen!!! Kurt called @ 4:03 on Thursday talked to Jason, (? service manager) told him his vehicle would be worked on first thing Friday morning. Today Nov. 24th have not heard a word from car place. Summary ..... my opinion I was more or less treated like a nobody and I felt like they were calling me a liar!!!!! I feel like they have done nothing but lie to me!!!! As of Nov. 25th they have now had my car for 13 days. Insurance was approved, they said the parts were there and they have done nothing but lie to me!!!!!!!!! Still NO CAR!!!!!!!!!!

I find it outrageous that the dealership parks NON-electric cars in the charging stops on a Friday night going into the weekend. Will be the last time I come to this stop and would highly recommend NOT coming here.
