The original 5-star review under my name was NOT written by me — the salesperson literally took my phone and wrote/post it himself. That is completely unprofessional, dishonest, and manipulative. My experience with Nissan South Morrow was a nightmare from start to finish. They gave me a vehicle BEFORE financing was actually approved, let me leave believing everything was finalized, and then later came back demanding the car be returned. That created unnecessary stress, confusion, and embarrassment that never should have happened in the first place. The entire situation felt disorganized and deceptive. Instead of being upfront and transparent, they pushed the deal through prematurely and then expected me to clean up the mess afterward. No dealership should hand over a car unless financing is fully approved and finalized. On top of that, having an employee take my phone and leave themselves a glowing review is beyond inappropriate. It makes me question how many other “great” reviews were written the same way. I would strongly advise people to be extremely careful dealing with this dealership, read every document closely, and do not let anyone pressure you or handle your personal accounts/phone for reviews.”

“Long story Short I got my 2nd vehicle in November of last year after a month an a half it was totaled in a rear end collision from other person hitting me and insurance wanted to total it out rather then pay to fix it.
