“I waited and gave it some time to make sure everything worked out but I got my car in December 2024 and I’d recommend this place any day. I left in a CPO 2024 Nissan Sentra and it’s carried me through a year and some change successfully with no issues. Funnily enough the same day I got my car, another young lady close in my age was leaving with her Nissan Sentra as well. Mr. Andre, the General Manager, and my Salesperson Donnie made the entire experience smooth and seamless. Also the finance manager was really helpful and knowledgeable and encouraged me to add extra coverage that I did end up needing eventually.
Unfortunately I just lost my car in a terrible accident so I am sad to longer be in my Avis purchase but all in all, I’d recommend this dealership and would possibly buy from them again in the near future.”

“Much thanks to Marisol, our sales associate! I had experienced bait and switch at other dealers, so I was concerned when she called to say the car I had made an appointment to see had already been sold. But she found an equivalent one at a better price, and had it ready to drive for the existing appointment. She has followed up on the paperwork and been easy to work with. I have been pleased to find her.”

“Buyers beware!
My wife and I purcharsed a 2023 Nissan Rouge from this location at the end of last year, I loved the car but was only able to drive it for about two months before the head gasket failed and the engine stopped working.
Their warranty provider (Fidelity) worked me around the pole for a month straight asking for additional inspections only to come back and say that the initial inspection threw an overheating error (Which absolves them of responsibility) and that because of that they were effectively denying my claim.
Fidelity constantly misinformed me and my mechanic about what steps we would need to process my claim and drug out the issue over an unreasonable amount of time.
While the staff at avis made it a wonderful experince during the purchasing process I cannot recommend anyone purchase a vehicle here. If you do I would highly recommend some sort of extra coverage because their base warranty is metaphorical paperweight.”

“Joel in sales and Paul in detailing and service REMEMBER those names
I visited the Avis in Morrow after knowing I wanted a very specific car... after visiting the KIA dealership in Morrow - I was given some good options at the dealer . But Mr. Joel ( my salesman) at AVIS ! Man, he was able to find me the same car I wanted, clean Carfax and lower mileage. I was so excited - when I scheduled my visit he had it cleaned up and ready for inspection and a test drive.
Joel explained to me the warranty that came with the car plus some other options. He talked me through the pricing and that my car was a previous rental vehicle so the upkeep was good and wear and tear on the vehicle is almost minimum. Joel walked me through the technology in the car - and also pointed out any cosmetic issues - minimum (literally the babiest ) scratch here or there; so I wouldn't be blind sighted later.
Joel is so transparent with what you're getting its refreshing ! Not to mention - they aren't commissioned ( based on the signs on their desk) so they're not inflating your prices for bonuses. I was already pr-approved through my bank which made the process even smoother.
Joel was the highlight of my car buying experience and made everything seamless. When I came to drop off my check and handle my last few signatures, Paul made sure my new baby was SPARKLING - the car smelled stunning - and was literally SPOTLESS. Literally ask for Paul to be the one to detail before purchase. He even took time to walk me through the car and ask if there was anything else I wanted cleaned or taken care of before leaving the lot !
Joel in sales and Paul in detailing and service REMEMBER those names and ask for them specifically to make your car buying process the best!
