I had an amazing experience at Allan Vigil Ford in Morrow thanks to April and Shed! April provided outstanding customer service and made the entire process easy, smooth, and stress-free. She really listened to what I wanted and helped me get into the exact SUV I was looking for.
Shed, the finance manager, was just as greatâhe explained everything clearly, made financing simple, and helped me feel confident in my decision. I was a nervous wreck. Together, they made the whole experience professional, efficient, and pleasant.

âI recently had my truck in for warranty work, and Tonya Swaim, my service advisor, was absolutely phenomenal. She communicated clearly throughout the entire process, kept me updated on what was happening, and explained all the next steps along the way. She made sure I was 100% satisfied from start to finish.
I couldnât be more thankful for her professionalism and attention to detail. Iâm happy to have my truck back, and the service department did a wonderful job getting everything taken care of. Highly recommend!â

âI am ALWAYS pleased with my service at Alan Vigil Morrow. The employees are very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating .
From rolling in to rolling out they donât miss a trick. They confirm your arrival, address concerns you have, present issues and choice of remedies and get the job done!
To top it off the food is good and reasonable too and the waiting area quite comfortable.
Makes the visit not so dreadful!

âThe service advisors were amazing! Ms Tonya was great and welcomed me in as if she had known me forever. I also met another woman while I was there but I donât remember her name and I feel bad because she and Ms Tonya apologized to me. An interesting morning I had when my 2024 Bronco was pulled into the bay closest to the window where I was sitting in the waiting area when I heard several service technicians talking negatively about my car and referencing the trim (which I myself spray painted pink) and other negative comments about my car as if it wasnât appealing to their eyes. My feelings werenât hurt because I could care less what people think but I felt they could have been a little more professional, considering they were right next to the waiting room. I did report the situation to Ms Tonya and she handled it. I have been a customer since 2016 and used to take my 2015 Fiesta there and now Iâve taken my Bronco there but after this I feel it may be time to move on. People are entitled to their opinions but it was very unprofessional of the young men to allow customers (me) to hear their conversations especially since their were speaking about my vehicle. I am grateful to the women there at Ford who helped me today and I have nothing negative to say about them. I almost feel guilty writing this because they were so understanding, but I do hope that the service technicians learn to be better. This world is already bad enough, thankfully I didnât take their behavior personally, just made me think if I was someone else it may have not went as smoothlyâ
