“We bought a truck from Everett Chevrolet on January 6th, and our salesman was awesome. Sha'vonn is a really nice guy and helped us get a good price on our truck. The reason for the 4 stars is because their "detail" job on the truck was terrible. I was skeptical that anyone could detail a truck in an hour to hour and a half. They did clean it some, but it was not detailed. I'm thinking Everett doesn't give them the time or resources to actually detail vehicles, that or they don't know how. The first huge thing I noticed was as the sun was beginning to set behind us I couldn't see out the rear window because of the streaks and smears all over it. The windshield is covered in a greasy film on the inside, along with several spots of something stuck on the inside of the glass. It looks like someone sneezed all over it. The windows on the back door had kid handprints all over them too. The dash has a recessed area that had 6 vent clip freshners in it that were left. There debris in crevices around the cab, and something on the driver's seat. Outside of the truck there's little spatters on the windshield from where they used a buffer and didn't mask off or clean up properly. Most of the black plastic trim has little greasy spots all over, and the bed was left with what appears to be construction debris in it. I wasn't expecting a brand new vehicle, but don't say you're detailing it when you're doing a rushed clean up. The smears on the glass, and them not sweeping the bed chafed me. TLDR: Salesman was cool, "detailers" didn't detail.”
