TERRIBLE! My mom almost wrecked because they didn’t torque the wheels after doing brakes, going down the freeways wheel almost came off and snapped the lugs. Once she somehow came to a stop after almost wrecking on I-15, 1 lug was all that was there. This has happed on THREE separate occasions, the other times me or another family torqued them after coming loose and noticing a vibration. Also happed to another family member on their car after stating it was vibrating, found rear wheel loose and missing 2lugs. I tightened them and they replaced the missing lugs. Their response was someone tampered with the car… no, nobody did, and that’s about the worst customer service response and not owning up to it. Total Joke. Let’s talk about another time when she asked to have headlight BULB replaced, they wanted $400 to install $20 bulbs. Predatory practice on the elderly. Took me less than 10 minutes, just had to move the PCM. Really $400?!

We bought a used truck from Gabe. He and everyone else we worked with were very pleasant and helpful. They made the process as quick and painless as possible. Our truck was relatively cheap so I’m sure there was not a lot of profit from it, but we never felt like we weren’t important to them. We’ve also used the service department here and always had a great experience.

Danny LePelley was awesome to work with. He treated my wife and me with genuine kindness and was incredibly friendly throughout the entire process. I really do not like car shopping and over the past 30 years, my husband and I have purchased many cars, however, it was time for me to purchase a new car and I spent weeks looking online and researching which type of vehicle to purchase. I found a Jeep I was excited about and I called the Young Dealership in Morgan. I spoke with Billy Hewitt. He was personable, attentive and extremely helpful but not pushy, at all. He even said he would look at other possibilities based on the information I had given him and send those to me. My husband and I decided to drive up to Morgan and test drive the Jeep. When we arrived, Billy came out and met us and had the car ready for a test drive. He was so good to point out the features on the car and he was very knowledgeable. After the test drive he asked if we wanted to see any other vehicles and he was quick to get the other one we wanted to see. He was not pushy and told us we could take our time and even come back later if we wanted to think about it. I ended up loving the first car I test drove and we proceeded to fill out the paperwork. Billy worked quickly and was friendly and patient with us the entire time. We then worked with Marcus Meadows who completed all the financing paperwork. He was also very patient and took the time to explain the various options. He was knowledgeable and friendly. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had! Both Billy and Marcus made it a painless and quick transaction but we did not feel rushed or ignored. I would highly recommend this Young Dealership in Morgan.
