Honestly, I seriously question how this place has so many positive reviews — the service I experienced doesn’t match the reputation at all. Feels misleading at best. “I would give this place zero stars if I could. On our first visit to negotiate a vehicle, one of the salesman flat out admitted he would lie to consumers to get them to come negotiate vehicles in person. We were made terrible and dishonest offers and walked away. Weeks later we were called and messaged repeatedly and made a written deal over messages that if we came to the terms we wanted we would make a deal. Unfortunately, once again we were deceived. When we arrived we were lied to and told the person we thought we interacted with was actually AI (which is illegal in California unless the system identifies itself as AI) and wasted over an hour being told there was nothing they could do for us. Worst dealership experience I have ever had, absolutely do NOT recommend wasting your time with these people.”
