“On 7/6/25 I asked for a quote and other info. on a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. The whole ordeal had gone ok up to the point of me telling them that I needed to think about for a little, I was planning on continuing to try to get the price and payment where I thought they could get it to. They verbally attacked me by saying outloud " why did you make us go through all this if you are not serious about making a deal today,you just wasted our time." I was not bothered too much about it until after I had left the dealership and had time to think about what had just happened. That was totally unprofessional on their part and I would not return even if I got offered the best deal ever. 😡”

“This was the worst experience. Got a 2024 ram and the sales person didn’t explain anything on the truck. Not only that but it needed gas and they waited until the deal was done before the went to fill the tank up. Then they didn’t give us a manual. No on moss brothers”
