“Everyone who works there were very kind and polite. Not one salesman was pushy as most car salesmen don't leave you alone. We dealt with Melanie who is very respectful, honest and helped us through our purchase. Grant, the finance manager was also great to deal with. Overall my experience was an A plus with them. And to top off that I was given a free vacation to either Orlando or Las Vegas, airfare and hotel included. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone.”

“I was there to buy a new car for myself the first big purchase of my life i was super excited and happy about that but the experience was the worst experience i have in my life the manager rich is a super rude and does not know how to talk to people. No doubt as a customer u wanted them to get to a certain price and i wanted a good price for my car i was trading in so we asked the sales representative for a one last thing we wanted to see if they can make it possible so she went to ask the manager about it then she came back with the manager who literally said in a rude way that this is all we can do which understandable i do understand he couldn’t agree with what we were asking for but then he went ahead and said if that’s not what u are looking for that’s the door hop in your car and leave which i feel like was not necessary we have been doing business for longest time but we do not behave with the customer that way and i was not buying a candy from a store that i will have to think twice it is a freaking huge investment that i was doing for the first time in my life i would like to know if i was getting a better deal out of it or not i just felt bad for the sales representative she is a nice girl we have bought 3cars from before melaine is a sweet and very helpful girl i just didn’t like the way the manager treated us if u didn’t like what we were asking for there is a nicer way to say things because of him we didn’t buy the car from there i just felt sorry for melaine 2 hours of her time was wasted because of the manager if he would’ve said that he couldn’t give us the last thing we were asking we would’ve still bought the car anyways but his words was the deal breaker . He should learn how to treat a customer and how to talk to them.”
