Im tired of businesses treating you like they are doing you are favor while providing bare minimum. What happened to quality customer service built on standards? What happened to kindness or God forbid going the extra mile. I had just spent thousands on a car for my niece. Then the transmission goes. Of course the dealership didnt care how much we just spent on it because its not their fault..OK fine. So we paid the dealership basically the cost of what I just paid for the car and they gave it back to us completely filthy inside and out. Not only did we get smacked with plume of dirt in the face when turning on AC - we didnt even get a thank you for our business. I had to explicitly ask for a receipt and our warranty info - which should never have to be requested and felt like they didnt really want us to have it for our future protection. This is a "#1 rated" dealership but I think their #1 in earnings - absolutely NOT in customer service.

I’ve been looking for a new Subaru and it’s been a grueling process. I finally found one I thought might be a replacement car (I’ve had my old one for 11 years). It happened to be at this dealership. I was nervous because other places had ghosted me or lied to me, but I called right away and luckily Dave picked up. He was so helpful and relatable. He kept great communication. Sat with me for hours while we filed everything. His jokes were even okay too. ;) Car is great so far. I’m hoping it will treat me well like my old car. Really a great experience everyone was so kind and laid back. Dan the head sales guy was very nice too. Thanks again!

Just picked up a 2026 Nissan Rogue and had an awesome experience—shoutout to Keyshawn for making the whole process smooth and stress-free! Super professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Great service like that really stands out. Highly recommend if you’re in the market for a car!

Service Advisor Sarah L. was very helpful with resetting my service appointment and able to get me back on thei road sooner than expected. Waiting area was equipped with plenty of space, outlets, and a desk so I could multitask during the service. Great experience!

I purchased my brand new 2026 Nissan rogue on 10-25-2025 ! I’m in love with this car. I had a 2016 Nissan Rogue that I traded in. This car drives so smooth. I was a little nervous about the gear shift because it’s so different from my old one, but once a drove it a couple times it got easier for me to adjust to. The salesmen Keyshawn was wonderful. He took his time to explain everything about the car and went over every detail. He was easy to talk to and made the purchase of the car so relaxing. He was also very encouraging so that was a plus. I would definitely recommend this dealership to purchase your car if you’re looking into owning a Nissan. Thank you guys for not just making the purchase of the car smooth and easy, but also caring about your customers. Never in a million years did I think I would own a brand new car, and y'all made it happen ! Thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart ! :)
