“Our experience at this dealership was less than ideal. It started out promising with the test ride and went downhill soon thereafter. Our salesperson (Ryan) was rude, and his books on his desk were very unprofessional. They are placed there almost like a setup. Imagine our distaste when we are supposed to trust the person sitting at the desk, and he has a stack of books with those titles. You may get a better experience if you are of older age, but when he saw two young people walk in, he thought he could pull something over with the deal aspect. As with the finance lady, a simple hello or a smile would be appreciated. Oh, and be sure to check the mileage when test driving the car. The miles listed on CarFax may not even be close to the actual miles on the car. Ours had nearly 500 miles added to it. Ryan stated to us that they list the mileage when they bought it, not when it’s on their lot. Might as well put question marks on CarFax if that’s the case. P.S.- Ryan would benefit from actually reading those books instead of using them as paper weights.”
