Flower Subaru

“My buddy and I rented a car from them when we got in to Montrose for a few days. His Aunts have both bought cars from Flower Subaru and had good experiences. The rental agent(I won't say his name just in case) was nice and easy to get along with. We inspected the car together and marked up an imperfections just in case he wasn't the one to receive it when returned. Even drove us to the Airport down the street to catch out flight to .ake sure we didn't miss it. 5/5 would rent from them again.”

“There are a lot of very nice people that work here but unfortunately they don't uphold buy offers on vehicles if you don't buy new from them. Over the last year I've been interested in other vehicles and this dealership has reassured me that whether I buy from them, or from someone else, they would be interested in buying my current vehicle. After setting up an appraisal, they now say they will only buy the vehicle if I trade up to a new Subaru and if I'm purchasing elsewhere, they are no longer interested. It's a shame, I've been their customer for over 3 years now doing all of my maintenance and repairs through them (over $5k in service) knowing that everything would be on record making the selling process of the vehicle easier when it was time. They also thought the modifications (lift and steel bumper) that I did to the vehicle added value. They told me buying modified vehicles was no problem until today. When it was time to sell they said they will only buy if I trade up, otherwise go take a hike. They've always been good to me until I said I was buying elsewhere.”

“Kristine was absolutely. We had brought our jeep to the Jeep dealership and they were no help for months on end but when I got with Kristine and asked her for help, she made sure our jeep was well taken care of as well as giving us updates . when I took it to the jeep dealership, they gave us a loaner cars that barely ran, but when Kristine gave us our loaner car, we had a reliable vehicle for our family as well as working out of town. We appreciate her so much and we won’t ever go anywhere else!”

“Contacted this dealership about a car they had listed on their website prior to driving 3.5 hours. They said they had it, Great! Drove 3.5 hours just to be told when we arrived that the car we were interested in was sold 4 days prior!!! Then asked if we would be interested in another vehicle. What a scam! It felt like they just wanted to get us on their lot. Buyer beware. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP.”
