“I set an appointment to have a recall part replaced. Ms Amanda was very communicative and kind. I needed my service completed by a certain time and it was done right on the dot. The customer service was excellent, but 2 days later my car is stalling in the middle of the road and cutting off, my check engine and oil lights are on even though my last oil change was less than a month ago, and my car is making the most terrible sound literally it sounds like a tractor engine. Its really disheartening to go into a service that was done as a precaution to keep me out of danger and end up and in a potentially even more dangerous situation.”

All the ladies up front are amazing at their jobs and treat everyone amazing! 10/10 would use Ryan Honda service again! The guys in parts are pretty cool too! Especially that red head guy with glasses.”

“Had my wife go here for the first maintenance on her 25 pilot last week, her appt was at 9:30 and she was on time, she waited and they pulled her car back at 11 then they finished at 12:15. The maintenance was oil change, tire rotation and rear differential flush, the oil change and tire rotation were complementary on her first time and the rear differential flush costed $130. After they were “finished” she went out to the car and had to shut the hood herself, both of the right side valve stem caps are missing and there are several greasy hand prints on the hood/fender of the car and it looks like a hose, maybe oil fill was draped across my hood which left a grease mark and scratches across my hood. I guess I will be checking the oil levels and drain plug myself because everything else was halfway done it seems. My Honda will not be coming back here for service, so if you care about your car or your time I would not recommend this business.”
