“I've recently been in the market for a new car and after a ton of shopping around and I decided for the price and reliability a Mazda would be a great pick. I came in last Saturday and was greeted by Mary Sbragia. I was nervous originally going into the experience because of the negative things i'm sure we've all heard about car salesman and buying a car in general, but working with Mary completely changed my perception. I'm a 23 year old girl in the market for my first car and I genuinely don't think I could have had a better experience. Mary made sure I was very comfortable and understood everything I would be getting myself into. She laid everything out very plainly and worked with me on my deposit and monthly payments. From chatting during my test drive, to going over the paperwork, the entire experience was so pleasant. In the end she even took the time to thank me for being such an excited customer. This was a huge deal for me seeing as it's my first car and I got it all by myself without a co-signer or financial help and she told me how nice it was to work with someone who was genuinely happy and grateful and that meant a lot to me. As for the car itself I am IN LOVE. I got a 2026 Mazda3 sedan preferred trim and so far it's everything I could want and more. Mary explained how many saftey features the car has and after driving it for about a week and I can say I feel incredibly safe in this car. As well as feeling safe it is beyond comfortable and also just a beautiful car to look at. When I first started looking at cars i'm not gonna lie Mazda wasn't even on my list but when my dad recommended to take a look I think I knew almost immediately that's what I would be going with. If you're looking into a new car I can't stress enough how much I think you should consider a Mazda! For the price, reliability, and luxury feel, i'm not sure how you can beat it.
