Had a great buying experience at Central Valley Nissan. Teresa was very knowledgeable, nice, and professional. She explained all the cool features before the test drive. She made my decision to purchase so easy. No pressure, no tactics, this is how a car buying experience should be. Teresa was also patient, as I was texting back and forth with the wife, telling her about the good deal we could get. We did get a great deal on the new Frontier, the wife and I are so happy. Hello everyone, I want to tell you the truth about this dealership, they played with me. On 4th of October 2025, I bought Nissan Sentra from the salesperson Bryant and straight after 10 days, I got a problem with the steering , then I called to the Modesto dealership they sent me to go to Elk Grove service center to fix it up and said they will not charge for anything and will give you another car to drive for 2 days . After fixing a week, I found the same problem, I contacted again to the dealership what’s going on all the time, you are playing with me because I was confronting same problem again and again and on that time the salesperson Bryant told me that if the problem comes again then will change your car into new. After 10 days, I got an invoice of 230 dollar from Modesto dealership then again I called to the salesperson Bryant then I said what is that then he said you have to pay it, I told him that you said me you will not charge for this and now you are sending me invoice to pay off this, after telling me all of this he disconnected the call and tried to call back but nobody picked up till yet. Afterwards, after completion of 10 days, car was jerking and CVT malfunction sign was popping up, I was broken totally, like why they are playing with me, again I called to the dealership, now I need new car since i have been faced a lot then they denied to give me new car and told me to visit to the dealership and the next day, I visited to the dealership, they said that nobody is here today to deal with you because it’s the long weekend , so we can’t help you then I said why you told me to visit and it’s too far from my house approximately 60 miles.another day,i called to the dealership and they said it will take sometime to fix ig up and it you take another vehicle from as you have to pay $50 per day. Last but not least,i just want to help to all of you guys because like they have played and mentally disturbed me.please be aware from this dealership and one more thing,if the dealership did not answer me for deal with my issue i might be commit suicidal and for all of this,the dealership will be responsible for it.

We had a great experience with Neal and Teresa at Central valley Nissan.. they were upfront about everything. I got a great deal for the SUV. Very helpful and knowledgeable. It was great doing business with them and getting our brand new pathfinder with them. We will definitely go back.
