“By far the smoothest purchasing experience I’ve ever had. Jae was fantastic to work with! I feel like I hardly had to do anything other than email and text a few documents before my appointment. I was able to get to the dealership much earlier than I’d scheduled my drive for, but Jae had everything ready to roll way ahead of time so no delay at all. He was super knowledgeable and at no time did I ever feel that “car salesman” pressure. Honestly, he probably sensed it was done deal before I ever set foot in their showroom lol, so I hope I was able to make his job a little easier too. Next I was on to spend time with Amanda to finalize everything. She was great as well! Although I financed through my local bank branch, I have no doubt that process would have been just as smooth.
