“We searched Toyota dealers within 1000 miles of Los Angeles for a 2025 Toyota sienna, woodland, edition, cement color. Many of the dealers didn’t have the vehicle in stock. The dealers that had to be a stock wanted to sell the vehicle above MSRP. We received a referral from Costco that recommended Hamer Toyota. We contacted ERIC Castillo at Hamer TOYOTA. ERIC informed that he had a vehicle in transit due in a couple of weeks. He quoted us a price that was reasonable. He’s a deposit over the phone. He sent us a text on Friday. Tell us a vehicle would arrive on Saturday. We drove to the dealership and met ERIC. ERIC showed us the vehicle. We took a test drive a vehicle. There was no changes in the price quoted. ERIC introduced us to the finance officer. The finance officer spoke clearly and slowly explaining the contract of sale and the fees that have to be paid. There was no changes in the price of the vehicle that was quoted initially by ERIC. The finance Officer recommended a service contract. There was no pressure to purchase any service contract. The finance officer explain the various contracts that were available.”
