“I had a great experiencing from the service dept. Ian was my advisor and he was able to get me in the same day to handle my check engine issue. I called multiple Hyundai dealerships, and no one was able to service my car for at least a week. I was willing to drive 25 miles to get the car serviced and have my issue resolved. The repair was covered under warranty and I am thankful for Ian resolving this issue quickly and getting my vehicle back on the road. I would highly recommend Ian in the service department to service your car in a friendly and efficient manner. The best service of a vehicle I have experienced from any dealership. Two thumbs up!”

“Terrible customer service from start to finish. Unethical and completely unprofessional. From the beginning, we were very clear about what we wanted. We told the salesperson upfront that we were ready to pay cash, that we wanted no add-ons, and that we were only interested in the actual car price plus taxes and registration. I specifically said I did not want to waste my time, and he assured us he would help. Instead, we were left waiting, and then they came back with a ridiculously high price and already calculated monthly payments without even checking our credit. For the record, we are Tier 1 buyers if we choose to finance. When I told them this was not what we agreed on and repeated that we were there strictly for the vehicle price plus taxes and registration, the response was shocking. The person we were speaking with — who turned out to be the manager — laughed in our face, was rude and sarcastic, and said, “This is how we make money. I don’t want customers that come with cash.” He then opened the door and essentially kicked us out of the dealership. This behavior is unacceptable. We were a group of four people and were planning to purchase two vehicles, yet we were treated with complete disrespect. The way they manipulate numbers in financing and treat customers who ask for transparency is a huge red flag. If you’re trying to buy a car and want an honest deal, run from this dealership. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a car dealership — and we have purchased many vehicles from different dealers over the years. My entire family will be leaving reviews to warn future customers to be very careful with this business.”
