“I previously purchased two vehicles from Sears and had a positive enough experience that I did not feel the need to leave a review. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was very disappointing. Last weekend, my wife and I stopped by to explore leasing a Mercedes GLC. The salesperson who assisted us was unprofessional and dismissive throughout the interaction. He seemed unwilling to provide detailed information about the vehicle or explain the available options, making it difficult for us to make an informed decision. Toward the end of the conversation, he informed us that he does not handle new vehicle sales and said that someone from the appropriate department would contact us. We provided all of the requested information and expected a follow-up. However, it has now been a full week, and we have not heard from anyone. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially for returning customers who have previously purchased two vehicles from your dealership. We expected a higher level of professionalism, communication, and respect. Unfortunately, this experience has left us frustrated and disappointed.”
