“Nickel and dimed in the parts department. Looking for a replacement part on my car. Went to Heiser and said they found one in Chicago. Said they could order it. I said I was going to look online. Couldn't for some reason order it online so I had to ask them to order it. They would not give me the sale price for ordering online on top of that when the part came in, and he tried to charge me it wouldn't let him. So he just invented a price and charged me. No wiggle room. No negotiating, no deal. Not really looking to help the customer out in my opinion.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Good experience, but financing didn’t match my needs I visited Heiser Toyota and had a good overall experience. The showroom is clean, modern, and well organized, and they have a very nice selection of Toyota SUVs and pickup trucks on display. The staff were professional and welcoming, and everything went smoothly during my visit. The only reason I didn’t move forward with a purchase is because I was looking for zero-interest (interest-free) financing, and that option was not available at the time. Otherwise, everything else was good and I appreciated the time and service I received. I would still recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Toyota — just be sure to check financing options that fit your needs.”
