“If you’ve ever heard of Pippen and Jordan, the legendary Chicago Bulls duo from the 1990s that dominated the NBA and won multiple championships, then let me introduce you to Gary and Jordan. They may not play basketball, but they certainly know how to run a winning team at Mike Castrucci Chevrolet.
From start to finish, working with Gary and Jordan, was truly a breath of fresh air. I fully understand that the car business is not a charity, but it also shouldn’t feel like a high-pressure or adversarial experience. Unfortunately, my search prior to visiting Castrucci included some frustrating encounters with other dealerships (Wyler, Performance cdjr, Zimmer, Sweeney) that relied on questionable practices and unnecessary fees. After those experiences, the professionalism and transparency here stood out immediately.
I first came across a truck through an online listing and called the number in the ad. Gary answered with a calm and professional demeanor. My first question was whether the vehicle was actually available, as it’s not uncommon for some dealerships to leave sold vehicles listed online. Gary briefly placed me on hold to verify availability and confirmed the truck was still on the lot. After learning where I was traveling from, he even provided simple directions to the dealership and sent me his contact information so I could easily reach him when I arrived.
When I got there, everything Gary had told me was exactly as described. The truck was available, they cleaned it up from a prior test drive, and they fueled it up so I could properly take it out. It turned out to be exactly what I had been looking for after two straight weeks of searching.
The pricing was also fair and competitive. The dealership uses the vAuto pricing system, which compares vehicles across a large regional market to ensure they remain competitively priced. As someone who had been researching similar vehicles extensively, I could confirm the truck was priced appropriately.
Once I returned from the test drive, the negotiation process was straightforward and respectful. I understood that their listed price was already competitive, so my primary concern was ensuring there were no hidden fees. To my surprise and appreciation, there weren’t. Having previously worked in auto sales myself, I’m familiar with the standard charges involved in a vehicle purchase, and that’s exactly what was included—no unnecessary add-ons or surprise charges.
Gary and Jordan were attentive and responsive throughout the entire process, answering every question promptly and thoroughly. There was none of the “let me check on that” followed by being forgotten or ignored, which unfortunately happens at some dealerships.
They also went out of their way to make my wife and I comfortable while we were there, offering drinks and snacks with a surprisingly good selection.
After we agreed on the deal and the paperwork went to the finance office, we were informed that only one finance manager was working that day due to some staff members being out sick. This meant there would be a wait, as three customers were ahead of us. While delays are never ideal, this was clearly outside the dealership’s control and not the typical “wear you down during negotiations” scenario.
During the wait, Jordan and Ryan checked in on us multiple times, offering refreshments, the TV remote, and making sure we knew where everything was located around the dealership.
When it was finally time to complete the paperwork, Jeremy from finance was equally professional. He clearly explained the available protection products, such as extended warranties, but did so respectfully—accepting my decisions without pressure or aggressive sales tactics.
Overall, I was genuinely impressed with my experience at Mike Castrucci Chevrolet. The team demonstrated transparency, professionalism, and respect throughout the entire process. Because of that, they’ve earned my future business and my recommendation to anyone in the market for a vehicle.”

He was very friendly and professional. They had our old and new vehicles pulled into the service area so we wouldn’t freeze while getting my belongings switched over. “Had a great experience with Andrew and the team here. Very friendly and professional. After having 2 bad experiences at Jeff Wyler this dealership was refreshing. Andrew had the truck pulled into the service drive to get us out of the cold while we looked it over which we very much appreciated. Other sales reps and the manager chatted with us while we waited and had a good time even watching the dolphins game with them. They worked with our goal and made us some very happy clients. I will be recommending them to anyone going forward and will never buy another car from anyone else.”
