“Worst car buying/owning experience yet. To start off I owned the car for 9 days before the starter went on it and I was left without a car for almost 2 whole weeks because I couldn’t get a rental until the diagnosis was completed they told me. After that during the hottest week of July I had no AC because that had ended up being broken as well. I pick up the vehicle and noticed that the fender (first picture) is looking out of place/damaged so I reach out to have them fix it. In the process of them fixing it they find out that the transmission is also broken so now I need a brand new transmission as well. After them “fixing” the fender and the transmission almost 2 weeks later I finally get my car back to realize that the fender (second picture) is looking more out of place now than when it did the first time around. I would also like to mention my vehicle is a 2022 and had 29,000 on it when all of these things started happening. The vehicle still has very low mileage and shouldn’t have had as many issues as it has. Overall a very disappointing experience with Kia and I unfortunately can’t say I would bring my business here again.”
