“I had a horrible experience. Purchased a 2023 hyandai ioniq 5 from them with 42 k miles. The car ran perfect. I ask before I signed the papers could they charge it up? They say yes. When I signed the papers the iccu I have to does not cover I have subsequent owners. Then they changed their minds about charging it up for me. I drive 5 miles down the road the 12 volt battery died on me. No big deal it looked like the stock battery I buy lithium battery that drained out also. Now 5 days later the iccu the main battery refuses to charge I can't charge battery. This same vehicle has had 100s of recalls on it. The one I purchased doesnt have one. I contacted the national transportation board to see if we can get recall. I hope can get recall I got appt with West Broad Hyundai to look at I hope i don't have to get a new iccu. I hope it just needs a soft ware upgrade I hope i didn't lose 20 k. They bottom line why I writing this complaint is the promise before I sign the papers I got get it charged before I left. It had 30 percent charge when I sign papers when I give money they refused to charge it up why? They new the iccu would not charge they new the 12 bolt battery wouldn't charge the must have been keeping battery maintainer on it. The same vehicle I got had 100s of recalls on it the one I got didn't have any recalls for that issue. I almost got into major accident for 5 miles. I would not buy a used electric vehicles from them the bottom line I I have to keep battery charger on the new battery to keep it charged. The iccu is draining it. Bottom line Pearson Hyundai would have had to keep a battery charger on it to keep it charged.”

“Very pleasant experience here at Pearson Hyundai. AJ, the salesperson I worked with, Ross, the manager I spoke with, and Patrick, the finance dealer, were all kind, patient, attentive, and genuine folks. Even when they offered upsales, they explained why they thought it would be beneficial, and offered no further pressure into things I didn't want.
While going from picking a car to getting out the door with it was a bit slow, they kept me informed the entire time about the delays and I left with a new car at the price point I wanted. Thank you!!!”

“I’d been pondering getting a new car, and then a six point buck accelerated my process. Being in a place of urgency would typically be the kiss of death in “negotiating” - especially for a new car.
But I was lucky enough to find Justin Silver and the team at Pearson Hyundai.
Research was done so I knew what model I wanted, and it was a question of navigating to the right trim and - of course - finding the most effective deal.
I’ve bought cars before and there was only one other time (at a dealership in Las Vegas, NV) where I’ve felt this comfortable and confident,
From our first chat on the phone I trusted Justin and that trust was well placed. He was professional, thorough, direct and made what could have been a stressful process incredibly easy.
Several of the management team touched base with me throughout as well (Scott and Ross) making sure I was informed and that all my questions were answered
On top of it all, the day I was getting my car Justin went above and beyond to get me set up. He’d had a brutally long day but made getting me set up his priority. Signature service at its finest.
It’s also nice to walk into a dealership and feel the teamwork right away. Great group of folks and am glad to be part of the Pearson family.”
