“Mimi was a good sales lady and I give her credit for having the challenge of dealing with my hostile wife. Told them we were driving 3 hrs to get there. My wife has great credit and has bought 30 cars so it generally takes only 1hr to get a car's finance paperwork done. Were there 1.5 hours and noted the finance people just walking around the lobby on their phones just leaving us stand there. Was ready to walk out and the finance lady comes up to us like nothing is wrong as we told her we were ready to walk out. She says its not her fault that our paperwork just came across the computer. Ive never seen a place literally with zero hustle. They are lucky we stayed to sign everything. Was there 3 hrs. Ridiculous!!! My advice- get your car at Nissan Boerne. Its just that much better.”
