Thanks to the team of Rachel, Stan, Ben, Nej, Josh and the rest of the service team at Middletown Chevrolet for helping us purchase a 2017 Chevy Bolt. It is a fun little EV car to drive and is in great condition! Hubby is on day two of commuting to work and this powerful car makes the commute up the hill enjoyable. From our first communication with the dealership through the AAA Car buying program platform, Rachel texted back promptly with a kind message and an invitation to set up a meeting time to view the car. The following morning Ben checked in to confirm a time to be able to have the car ready for our arrival to take a test drive. Stan, our sales person, was personable, calm, perceptive and professional while also taking pride in his work and the quality of vehicles he sells. During the visit we asked to purchase an extended warranty for bumper to bumper coverage which Nej explained as well. As consumers we are usually cautiously terrified about purchasing large ticket items especially cars, and so we try to do our homework before we go to the dealership which did help us especially when reviewing the first draft of the bill of sale which included some extra service plans we felt we were not informed of ahead of time such as a car interior protection plan; so we did need to advocate and ask questions regarding those services which then were explained to us in more detail by Stan and Ben. With that being said, when hubby and I did need to take some time to review and discuss the purchase together multiple times, Stan and company were patient and supportive of our need to have some space and time to discuss what would work well and make sense for our particular budget and the car we were buying. Finally, the service team did a wonderful job checking the vehicle thoroughly before we drove it off the lot. We received a text from Josh indicating if we had any questions during the final servicing that we could call or text the service department. Nej walked us through our paperwork with professional efficiency and knowledge; he offered us a tire protection plan which we declined to add but we appreciated knowing about that ahead of the sale and he gave us a pamphlet to review in our days between the initial visit and our final sale, answering any questions that we had. Stan topped up the final charging of the vehicle, put the plates on and we were ready to go! Thanks to Middletown Chevrolet for taking care of us as customers and we look forward to our EV driving experience!

I had a great experience with this Chevrolet dealership. They went above and beyond to help me get a new vehicle when my lease ended. The management and sales team were so professional, kind and helpful. My salesman Stanley had so many years experience under his belt and was amazing. Go see Mo and Ben!! When I tell you 5 stars aren’t enough. I was greeted by Mo who was a great person that happened to sell cars. He understood the assignment and got me a great vehicle. Ben made financing easy and really confirmed this was the right location to get a truck. Together they explained warranties, introduced me to the service team, set up the Chevrolet app, and explained a rewards program.
