Heather made sure I got a loaner while my vehicle was worked on which I greatly appreciate. She also updated me on the service they offer to pick my car up from my home. “I stop going to their service department due to overpricing on multiple occasions. The last straw was me getting my rims redone. They wanted to charge me 500 per rim to fix scuffs marks. Remind you they use quest rims to do their rims. Quest rims at the time charge 125.00. they thought they were slick trying to upcharge me hundreds more. I just took it straight to Quest rims and paid the 125.00 . They also have rude customer service ( older lady) that work their service department. They also suck at fixing stuff cause I would have to go back often times for the same issues. I also notice that my car kept having different NEW issues everytime I took it there. They also sold me a used battery that went out a few months later. The battery was suppose to be brand new. I started going to a new dealership and haven't had issues since. I switch service department back in 2024 going into 2025. Car been great ever since. I felt scam and would not recommend them fot service.”
