“My experience with Sasacs Motors has been extremely frustrating due to poor customer service and a complete lack of organization. From the moment of purchase, communication has been inadequate. I have had to constantly call, text, and follow up just to receive basic updates about my process. There has been no proactive communication or clear answers from their team. Their logistics are completely disorganized. I was instructed to drive nearly two hours to pick up my vehicle’s license plate at a different location, only to arrive and find out it was not even available. After a full month since purchasing the car, the matter was still unresolved. This level of mismanagement shows a serious lack of planning and respect for the customer’s time. At no point did they take responsibility for the inconvenience or offer meaningful solutions. Only excuses and further delays. Purchasing a vehicle is an important decision, and customers deserve proper attention, follow-through, and professionalism. Unfortunately, that is exactly what I did not receive here. I would not recommend this company to anyone who values their time and expects responsible service.”
