“So I knew the car I wanted. Reached out to Ocean and was connected with Michael Lombardo. Cannot say enough. He worked hard on my behalf and got me a super deal. Two visits (one to pick up the car) and I was in a new car. And it does not stop there. They have been great at answering my follow-up questions and taking care of the details. Cannot say enough here. Ocean Cadillac and Michael have been a class act and have changed my view on new car dealerships.”

“I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel this experience deserves honest feedback. My service advisor, Fidel, was courteous when we initially spoke regarding my Escalade IQ and assured me he would provide an update regarding a loaner vehicle by the end of the day. Unfortunately, that update never came. The most frustrating part of this experience wasn’t the delay itself, it was the complete lack of communication. I understand that things happen, but a simple phone call or text takes less than a minute and would have allowed me to plan accordingly. To make matters worse, I repeatedly called the dealership trying to get an update, and my calls were either transferred endlessly or disconnected before I could speak with anyone. Being unable to reach someone while also receiving no proactive communication was incredibly frustrating. I explained from the beginning that I have two children who need to be at summer camp and that I could not be without a vehicle. Despite that, I was left without transportation and without any meaningful updates. Customer service is about setting expectations and following through. If there’s a delay or no answer yet, simply communicate that. Leaving a customer in the dark and making it nearly impossible to get someone on the phone is not the level of service I expect from a Cadillac dealership. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future customers don’t experience the same lack of communication that I did.”
