We purchased a Tesla Model 3 online after the salesperson confirmed that the minor rear damage shown on the Carfax had already been repaired before purchase, although no photos or proof were provided. After the purchase agreement was signed, pickup was delayed multiple times due to a reported Tesla error code during tire replacement, yet no diagnostic report was shared and I was told to contact Tesla myself. On the scheduled pickup day, I was then informed that scratches occurred during a car wash, but the photos provided showed marks in the same area that had previously been stated as repaired. The vehicle’s condition and history were not consistently or clearly disclosed, communication was misleading, and the process raised serious concerns about proper disclosure until a manager became involved. The Tesla delivered Jan 12, 2025 with flat tires, scratches, and old tires, despite being told the tires were replaced with new ones. This is deceptive and unacceptable. I have full documentation. Due to the concerns with disclosure and handling of this transaction, I will be filing formal complaints with the appropriate consumer protection agencies. Based on MY experience. I would not recommend this dealership.

I am so grateful and blessed to have picked up my 2nd car now from North Miami Mitsubishi. Ernesto is the best Finance Manager ever, Irina also helped so much with the entire process. They detailed it for me, washed it, provided Carfax and were absolutely amazing and professional the whole time! My wife and I now have matching Chevy Blazers , His & Hers ! When it's time to buy my 3rd car, I will be coming HERE!
