“We had the unfortunate problem of our truck giving us issues in Metter, GA. We were stopped at the Parkers Kitchen for gas and our truck wouldn't start. We were able to get Randy's to come and boost us and then we drove over to Metter Ford to see what needed to be done to get us home (we were on our way back from Florida to SC). They were super accommodating. Our vehicle was pulled in, in a matter of minutes. They quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problem (a battery), they checked the codes, replaced the battery and had us back on the road in less than 45 minutes. What a blessing! Plus, they had a sign that reminded us to use our FORD points which saved us a chunk of money. Doug was awesome! The staff was super friendly. The lounge was comfortable.
