“I made an appointment yesterday to get my oil changed, due to a low oil warning light at the Walker location on Veterans. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and my vehicle was serviced immediately. To my surprise one of the Service supervisors Mr. Sam came to me and explained that I didn't need a oil change but a top off and told me to come back when the vehicle is due which would be in the next 1900 miles. This is EXCEPTIONAL service because he could have very well charged me for the full service but instead, he was honest and explained that a full oil change was not needed at this particular time, just a top off to get me back on the road free of charge. Thank you Sam for your honesty and great customer service.”

“Walker Volkswagen Sold me a Honda Civic in July 2025. Although friendly, there were major issues with the vehicle, all of which boil down to alleged negligence on the part of the dealership. They performed a padslap on the front brakes, which had to be replaced asap. the vehicles brakes were also grooved in the rear, which should have been replaced before selling the vehicle. It had minor hail damage/dents, and they pitted the dents on the hood and one on the roof. The also broke off a plastic clip piece INSIDE THE TIRE THEY REPLACED which shredded it from the inside. Utter negligence is my conclusion, but maybe they weren’t aware of these issues. Either way, please thoroughly inspect any vehicle you plan on purchasing from them.”
