“I purchased my vehicle from Paretti in 2021, and at the time the service experience gave me confidence in returning. Recently, while back in Louisiana, I drove from Houma to Metairie to have my car serviced before a long drive home. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.
I paid over $200 for routine service and specifically asked if the vehicle could at least receive a basic wash and vacuum, even if there was an extra charge. Instead, I got my car back with visible dirt on the exterior and debris throughout the interior. When I asked about it, I was told “the vacuums aren’t strong enough,” which honestly didn’t make much sense considering a cheap vacuum I used at home cleaned it immediately.
At that point, it felt less like a limitation and more like no real effort had been made. I would have preferred honesty over an excuse that was so easy to disprove. After leaving my car there for four hours and making the drive from Houma, I expected at least basic care and attention.
What’s most disappointing is that it would have went further just saying “we couldn’t do it”. This used to feel like a dealership I could trust as a returning customer. Sadly, that no longer feels true. I left two stars only because I was at least able to get a Lyft nearby while I waited.”

“My wife and I purchased a new 2025 Mazda CX-5 from Paretti Mazda in Metairie Louisiana on January 2, 2025, two weeks ago. We did considerable research on options in the SUV market before making a selection. The test drive fully validated our choice as has our experience since purchase. The dealership experience was another plus beginning with the lady at the welcoming desk who warmly greeted us and then two outstanding young salesmen Justin Elzy and Hunter Menendez who assisted us in excellent fashion. Everyone was nice, well informed and more importantly came across as genuine and honest. That made us feel comfortable and the purchase easy. The Finance Manager was nice as well as and patient and efficient.”

He’s extremely knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and really takes the time to make sure you’re comfortable and confident in your purchase. “I've been to other dealerships that were very high pressure/hard sell trying to get me to commit to something that I didn't want. I am 100% satisfied with everything and everyone at Paretti Mazda. I was greeted quickly, but not pressured at all. Laura, the salesperson was very eager to find the vehicle that was right for me , not just unload what they had available. She answered all my questions and was helpful through the entire process. Everyone at the dealership was knowledgeable, and made me aware of all my options but never pushed anything on me. From finding the right car to getting the right financing, everything was surprisingly quick and easy. The difference between Paretti and the previous dealerships I visited were like night and day. I would recommend to anyone looking for a new vehicle.”
