“I was visiting my family in NOLA. While driving in the city I drove through a road hazard that wasn’t marked as construction. All 4 wheels of my car, an AMG C43, entered and exited a nearly 6 inch hole in the road. I drove about 1000ft and had to pull to the side of the road with a blown right tire and a bent wheel. Had to call Mercedes care service for a tow. Upon arriving to the service department at Mercedes Benz of New Orleans they had already put me to the front of the line knowing I live in Tennessee and I was suppose to leave for home on Friday morning. They stated upon video evidence I needed 2 tires and both were available. I stated I was about to get my car serviced as well so can you just do the service as well and they said they could. Needless to say my vacation extended another day but their dealership was top notch. Thanks to the incredible service I had the confidence to drive the 7 hours home.
