“Rich did a good job on the filling out paperwork. He Answered my wife and I’s questions and got the deal forwarded to Ruben. My wife and I really like the Rogue Platinum we purchased as well. However, there was an issue with a second key and poor follow up after sale. We have made numerous calls to see if they found the second key. Ruben who finalized all the paperwork promised he would make sure we got the key fob even if it was a new one. It’s unsettling at best considering we trusted the dealership to do the right thing. I will gladly update this if things get better. But if you say you will call then call.”
